Holiday cottages set in the beautiful Brittany countryside, available for both long and short stays, with or without breakfast. Ideal for family holidays, romantic breaks or a peaceful getaway.

Our cottages are peaceful, charming and stylish, each with its own individual character.

Peony Cottage is decorated in calming pastel colours, with cosy beds and comfortable, welcoming furniture.

Chestnut House features tasteful wallpaper and bolder colours, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere.

Guests staying at Chestnut House can also enjoy the use of a private spa. From 2027, Peony Cottage will also have its own private spa, providing guests with an additional opportunity to relax and unwind.

We are a husband-and-wife team who have owned the property since October 2016. Over the years, we have lovingly renovated the buildings to create our holiday rental business, Country Cottages Brittany.

We chose to settle in Brittany because of its mild climate, beautiful countryside, stunning coastline and long sandy beaches. We also love the quality of the local food and, of course, the excellent wine!

At Country Cottages Brittany, we offer two charming self-catering properties:

• Peony Cottage – a cosy one-bedroom cottage sleeping up to 2 guests.

• Chestnut House – a larger three-bedroom property sleeping up to 6 guests.

Both properties offer a peaceful and comfortable setting, making them ideal for couples, families and anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing break in the beautiful Brittany countryside.
