The Peony Cottage is fully heated throughout. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with a shower and toilet, lounge with settee, TV, DVD, radio, WIFI, selection of books, radio, dressing gowns, luxury towels, and hairdryer.
Peony Cottage
Peony Cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, electric oven, toaster and a range of cooking utensils. There is also a breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying fresh croissants and coffee in the morning.
Outside, Peony Cottage has its own private sitting area where you can relax, enjoy the views or dine al fresco. A BBQ and garden furniture are also provided.
From April to the end of September 2027, guests will also be able to enjoy their own private spa, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Welcome Basket
As part of your welcome, you will receive a complimentary basket containing tea, sugar, coffee and a bottle of Breton cider.
Enjoy Our Gardens
All guests are welcome to enjoy our private gardens, including the apple orchard. There is plenty of space to relax or enjoy outdoor games such as boules and badminton.
We also have well-stocked gardens with fresh herbs and seasonal fruit, including raspberries, apples, pears and rhubarb. When available, guests are welcome to pick and enjoy these during their stay.
Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of €1.10 per adult, per night is payable on arrival. This can be paid in cash or by cheque, and the owners will collect the tax before your departure.
Extra Charges
Dogs: One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at Peony Cottage for an additional charge of €20 per stay.
Winter heating: A winter fuel charge of €5 per night applies from November to March.

Chestnut House
Chestnut House
Chestnut House is fully heated throughout and features a cosy wood-burning stove, with a large complimentary basket of firewood provided for your stay.
The house offers three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower and WC, while the second features a beautiful roll-top bath and WC.
The comfortable lounge includes a sofa, TV, DVD player and radio, along with a dining table for enjoying meals together.
The fully fitted kitchen is complemented by a separate utility room with a washing machine.
Outside, Chestnut House has its own private sitting area where you can relax, enjoy the views or dine al fresco. A BBQ and garden furniture are provided.
Guests can also enjoy their own private spa, which is available from April to the end of September, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind during your stay.

If available we will hold your reservation for a maximum of 7 days while waiting for your deposit. We will confirm your booking by telephone or email once we have received your deposit.
We will need the name and contact details for the principle member of the party plus the names and ages (if under 18), or other guests.
Please read our terms and conditions and if you agree with these please send us the 30% deposit of your holiday. By paying the deposit we presume you agree with our term and conditions. Any questions please phone or send an email.
On the day of your arrival, you will need to pay a tourist tax of €1.10 per adult per night. This can be paid in cash or by cheque. The owners will collect it prior to your departure.
How to Pay
Payments can be made either by bank transfer, euros or French bank cheque in euros.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you Cancel your Booking
If you, the client wish to cancel your booking we will require written confirmation (email is acceptable, but receipt must be confirmed by us). The cancellation takes effect from the day that the written confirmation is received. In the event that we can re-sell the full dates that you have cancelled then you will be refunded the monies paid minus 80 euros administration fee. The refund will be calculated based on the exchange rates at the time.
Cancellation Charges
30% of the total holiday cost. Where cancellation notice is received after the deposit has been paid and no less than 8 weeks prior to the booking start date.
100% of the total holiday cost. Where cancellation notice is received after the balance is due and / or been paid and less than 8 weeks to the booking start date.
